Terms and Conditions

 

These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between Hookslink Digital Marketing Ltd 
the client  regarding the provision of our digital marketing services. By signing a contract or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Project Agreement

Upon the commencement of a project, both parties agree to the scope of work, timeline, and cost, as outlined in the project proposal or service agreement.

 Payment Terms

  • Advance Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 45% of the total project cost is required before any work begins. This advance payment secures your project slot and covers initial project setup.
  • Progress Payments: The remaining balance is to be paid according to the progress of the project, as outlined in the agreed-upon milestones. Invoices will be issued at key stages, and payment must be made within 14 days of receipt.
  • Final Payment: The final payment is due upon project completion and before the final deliverables are handed over or made live.

 Cancellation and Refunds

  • Client Cancellation: If you decide to cancel the project for any reason after signing the contract, the initial 45% advance payment will not be refunded, as it compensates us for the time and resources already committed to the project.
  • Project Termination: If the project is terminated at any stage after significant progress, you will be required to pay for the work completed up to the point of termination, in addition to the non-refundable deposit.

Project Delays

Delays caused by the client, including delayed feedback, missing content, or extended response times, may result in the postponement of project milestones. If delays occur, we may adjust the project timeline accordingly.

Ownership of Deliverables

Upon receipt of the final payment, all completed deliverables will be transferred to the client, including website content, design elements, and any other project materials.

Revisions and Changes

Any changes or revisions beyond the agreed-upon scope of work will be billed at our standard hourly rate. We will notify you of any additional costs before proceeding with extra work.

Liability

We will not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of deliverables provided under this agreement, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or failure to achieve business objectives.

Acceptance of Terms

By engaging our services and signing the project contract, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
